iApply is a service to submit building control submissions electronically. Registration is easy and you can complete your application form, upload supporting documents and pay fees online.

You can submit your Building Control application online via www.submit-a-plan.com the National Portal for Building Control Applications. Please note that payment will be required before an application can be validated. Payment can be made by cheque, please make cheques payable to ‘Stroud District Council’ or by contacting 01453 754 871 to make a debit/credit card payment.

Apply by email

You can submit an application by email by downloading and completing the application form and emailing it to:building.control@stroud.gov.uk along with relevant plans and specifications (where applicable). Please note that payment will be required before an application can be validated. Payment can be made by cheque or by contacting 01453 754 871 to make a debit/credit card payment.
